WCE experienced another year of growth and accomplishment in 2024. Throughout the year, we delved into how to navigate microaggressions in our industry, heard from inspiring women on their path to executive leadership, and explored how to lead from our values. We also improved our self-defence, conflict resolution, and networking skills! We met new people through our informal Wednesday meet-ups and benefited from two wonderful mentorship events.
