Ever wondered what unique skills you bring to the table and how to communicate them to reach your full potential on your team and in your career?

This workshop was designed to help participants identify and confidently communicate their unique strengths within their organizations. Participants explored ways to understand and define their skillsets and learned how to effectively articulate the value and impact they bring to their leaders and organizations. The session concluded with participants leaving with a clear strategy to showcase their contributions and support career progression.

In this workshop led by Jillian Climie, participants:
