Thank you to everyone who joined us for the WCE Winter Social and Annual General Meeting on November 19, 2025. It was a wonderful evening celebrating another successful year for our community.

Guests connected over food and drinks, caught up with familiar faces, and welcomed new members into the WCE network. During the AGM, attendees heard updates from our directors on the year’s accomplishments and participated in our raffle. We also presented this year’s scholarship awards and enjoyed our largest networking event of the year.

In 2025, WCE continued to grow and thrive. We learned how to articulate our strengths, deliver effective presentations, plan for our financial futures, and even picked up the basics of golf. We sharpened our trivia skills, met weekly through informal Wednesday meet-ups, and hosted two inspiring mentorship events. We also supported the community through collaborations with Impact North Shore, Girl Guides, and Girls in STEAM. With support from the Women and Gender Equality Canada grant, our team continued building internal capacity to strengthen WCE for years to come.
