Join us for a 30-min virtual educational presentation on Nervous System Support followed by a 45-min yoga session by Paige Berling-MacKenzie, the studio director of Catharsis Yoga. The nervous system support presentation will cover the following topic:

  • Discussion on the nervous system (What is the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system response)
  • Practical Tools to help support the nervous system
  • Discussion on what true rest looks like

The yoga class will be an all-level flow class that is designed to bring rest to the body and an opportunity to explore what was presented in the wellness session. All profits from this event will be donated to the Canadian Mental Health Association (https://cmha.bc.ca/get-involved/donate/).
