About this Event

It’s summer in Vancouver, and temperatures are rising – luckily, COWI is hosting us for an indulgent evening of gourmet ice cream sundaes! After cooling off with ice cream from Rain or Shine, we’ll discuss some hot topics in our industry; stress management and leading from where you’re at! We will break into small groups for an open discussion, where senior engineers and managers will share advice from their own experience on stress and leadership. This is also the opportunity to share your own experience or ask questions. Not sure what to say? Come and listen to your peers and senior leaders in industry!
