We are often caught in scenarios where we put off asking the difficult questions at work. Led by Jillian Climie from The Thoughtful Co, this workshop will enable you to feel confident in asking for the compensation you deserve. We will cover topics ranging from how to navigate salary discussions with your manager and what additional compensation and benefits are appropriate to push for, to what biases are faced in negotiations and how to work around them. 

Jillian has spent her career in executive compensation, most recently leading the equity compensation and executive compensation teams at Lululemon. There will be time for group discussion and Q&A following the workshop to ensure all your questions are answered.
