These are common responses to off-hand remarks in the workplace. This interactive workshop explored how microaggressions can affect anyone, regardless of gender, and examined the impact these comments can have on psychological safety and inclusion at work.

During the session, participants shared experiences and brainstormed ways to address these commonplace occurrences within the industry. The workshop focused on developing specific actions to support a more welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
