WCE volunteers visited a local Ember (ages 7–8) Girl Guides unit to host a fun, hands-on engineering themed session. The evening kicked off with an exciting imploding pop can demonstration, sparking curiosity and big reactions. The girls then rotated through three interactive activity stations, exploring Oobleck, learning about food dye density theories, and building marshmallow-and-toothpick towers and testing their structures on the shake table! All while discovering core engineering concepts through play and experimentation.
