Neila Scott has been a Toastmaster since 2007. She became a Distinguished Toastmaster in 2013, the highest award given to Toastmasters. As a leader in the organization, Neila has started two clubs, served as a Division Director, and twice as an Area Director. She is currently the President of the Blue Heron Toastmasters Club in Pitt Meadows.
