What drives you? How do you make your work meaningful? What are your personal values?
In this session, facilitated by Debra Innes of High Impact Lab, we will make the case for how consistently living and leading from our values provides us with a strategy to maintain personal and relationship wellness – at work and at home. We will use this values-based leadership framework to guide us in a dialogue around how we might hold true to our values, and remain “above the line” even when our environments are challenging and when we find ourselves working alongside others prioritizing differently.
Participants will have the opportunity to explore their own personal values system in small groups and connect with what it looks and feels like when their values are in-action. Conversely, they will explore what happens when they are triggered into a reactive stance, guided by self-protective strategies.
