How organizations support employees before, during, and after an extended leave can have a lasting impact on employee well-being, engagement, and retention.
Join Women in Consulting Engineering (WCE) and The Thoughtful Co. for an interactive 90-minute workshop exploring how workplaces can better support employees taking parental leave, mental health leave, or other career breaks.
The workshop will cover practical strategies for:
- Preparing employees and teams for an upcoming leave
- Supporting a smooth and thoughtful return to the workplace
- Rebuilding employee confidence and professional momentum
- Encouraging continued career development following a leave
- Providing meaningful flexibility and workplace support
- Reducing turnover and retaining experienced employees
This workshop is ideal for employers, managers, HR professionals, and team leaders. Employees who are preparing for, currently taking, or returning from a leave are also encouraged to attend to better understand the return-to-work process and learn how to advocate for the support they need.
