Workplace conflict can be defined as situations where multiple parties have opposing needs, ranging from everyday issues between people with good working relationships to more serious situations involving significant interpersonal tension. Regardless of the type of conflict, effective communication plays a key role in resolving issues in a way that supports both outcomes and relationships.

This workshop on Workplace Conflict Resolution was facilitated by Kwela Leadership. The session covered conflict modes, foundational skills, and conflict conversations and was delivered as a two-hour, hands-on workshop with time for informal networking.

The program focused intensively on skills practice, allowing participants to build confidence in applying the tools before leaving the session.
